Directions
From the Providence area: Take Route 295 North, take Exit 11, Bear left when leaving the exit. You will be on Route 114 North, also known as Diamond Hill Road. Follow Route 114 North for approximately 4-5 miles. At the end, bear right onto Route 121 and follow for approximately 1 mile. Look for a sign on the right hand side that states Mount St. Rita Health Centre. Take a right just before the sign, now you are on Sumner Brown Road. Take first right off Sumner Brown Road and this will bring you into the parking lot area. The Health Centre is a large brick building, enter through the glass foyer.
