You are welcome to visit Mount St. Rita Health Centre to see first hand how we care for those you care about. Names may be placed on our waiting list at any time by requesting an application. The Health Centre offers a wide range of services, which include rehabilitative programs and clinical care following hospitalization. Restorative services, pastoral counseling, social services, nutritional counseling and therapeutic recreational programming are all provided in a lovely atmosphere of peacefulness, dignity and hospitality. We offer quality medical care and personal attention for each of our residents. Mount St. Rita Health Centre is a member facility of the American Association of Homes and Services for the Aging. and the RI Association of Facilities & Services for the Aging.
