Bill has been the Administrator at Mount St. Rita since 2016. His experience crosses the full spectrum of healthcare services with his industry experience in day-to-day operations in skilled nursing and rehab facilities and acute and sub-acute programs and services. Bill is also known for his strong quality and safety programs for patients and residents.
Diana ensures exemplary resident and patient care in her leadership role in the nursing department. She has extensive clinical and long-term care experience with a focus on caring for patients with Parkinson’s disease, memory disorders, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and cardiac disease. Prior to joining Mount St. Rita Health Centre, Diana held multiple nursing positions at various Rhode Island facilities.
Denise has been at Mount St. Rita since 1993. Denise oversees the spiritual needs of the residents, which includes daily Mass and receipt of the sacraments. She also works with the staff to promote the mission and Mercy heritage throughout the facility. In addition, she coordinates the volunteer program at Mount St. Rita such as volunteer opportunities to 7th and 8th grade students from Mercy Mount Day School.
Maryellen has been at Mount St. Rita since 2018. She has previous experience as an admissions director and in business development before joining our team. Maryellen has a wealth of knowledge to help families in the admissions process matching services that benefit the individual needs of the prospective resident. She feels blessed to be able to carry out the mission of the Sisters of Mercy with compassion, mercy and hospitality.
Pam Kaitin has been at Mount St. Rita since 1997 and has an extensive career working in long-term care and medical social work. Pam earned her Master’s in Social Work and is a licensed clinical social worker. She is responsible for assessing residents’ cognitive, emotional and psycho-social functioning and coordinates all the discharges, mental health services and hospice referrals at the Centre. A highlight of her time here was when she became a Mercy Associate.
Dawn has been at Mount St. Rita since October 2016. She has an extensive career in the skilled nursing facility environment as a Speech Language Pathologist and in Rehab Management. Dawn manages all rehabilitation services such as physical, occupational and speech therapy. She focuses on helping all residents achieve their highest practical level of wellness.
Linda Broccoli has been at Mount St. Rita since 2007 and enjoys being creative in providing delicious meals to residents. Linda completed her education at the University of Rhode Island and has significant experience as director of dining services at other skilled nursing and assisted living communities throughout Rhode Island. In her free time, Linda enjoys spending time with her four grandchildren.
