Kerri Cerra, RN, NHA, President
Kerri joined Mount St. Rita in April 2022. As President, she focuses on daily operations, strategic planning and business development. Prior to joining the team, Kerri served as a Director of Nursing Services at Harris Health Center and a Nursing Home Administrator at Hebert Health Center, both in Rhode Island. She holds a Master in Health Administration from St. Joseph’s College in Standish, Maine and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Rhode Island College in Providence, Rhode Island.
Cassandra “Casey” Dube, RN, Director of Nursing
Casey joined the team in August 2022. In her role she drives the nursing department’s success by ensuring comprehensive and exemplary resident and patient care. Prior to joining Mount St. Rita Health Centre, Casey was the Director of Wellness at Chapel Hill in Cumberland, R.I. and a Nurse Manager at Codac Behavioral Health in Providence, R.I. She currently attends Southern New Hampshire University. She is working toward a master’s degree in nursing and her family nurse practitioner license. Casey holds an associate degree in nursing from the Community College of Rhode Island.
Linda Broccoli, Dining Services Director
Linda Broccoli has been at Mount St. Rita since 2007 and enjoys being creative in providing delicious meals to residents. Linda completed her education at the University of Rhode Island and has significant experience as director of dining services at other skilled nursing and assisted living communities throughout Rhode Island. In her free time, Linda enjoys spending time with her four grandchildren.
Olivia Dutra, Director of Mission and Spiritual Care
Olivia joined the Mount St. Rita team in February 2022. She dedicates her time to ensuring the community’s mission, values and philosophy are entrenched in its operations, services and activities. Olivia became a board-certified Chaplain through the Spiritual Care Association. She was a Hospital Chaplain at St. Anne’s Hospital in Fall River, Massachusetts as well as a Hospice Chaplain at HopeHealth Hospice and Palliative Care in Providence, Rhode Island. She holds a Master of Arts in Divinity from Regent University in Virginia Beach, Virginia and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Rhode Island College in Providence, Rhode Island.
Gaurangi Shah, Director of Rehabilitation
Gaurangi has been with Mount Saint Rita Health Center since 2016, and brings over 25 years of physical therapy experience. She received her degree in Doctor of Physical Therapy from Northeastern University and is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association. Over the years she has worked in a variety of rehabilitation settings. Along with a wide clinical experience, she also has experience in rehabilitation management and is now Director of Rehabilitation at Mount Saint Rita Health Center. Gaurangi is dedicated to helping patients obtain their optimal level of independence and preserving their quality of life.
