Kerri Cerra, RN, NHA, President
Kerri joined Mount St. Rita in April 2022. As President, she focuses on daily operations, strategic planning and business development. Prior to joining the team, Kerri served as a Director of Nursing Services at Harris Health Center and a Nursing Home Administrator at Hebert Health Center, both in Rhode Island. She holds a Master in Health Administration from St. Joseph’s College in Standish, Maine and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Rhode Island College in Providence, Rhode Island.
Mirlande Goubiady, Director of Nursing
Mirlande has been on the team at Mount St. Rita since 1993. She has held various positions during her tenure and is committed to preserving the mission at Mount St. Rita. In her role she drives the nursing department’s success by ensuring comprehensive and exemplary resident and patient care. Mirlande received her degree at St. Anne’s in Brussels, Belgium and worked for the Sisters of Jesus and Mary in North Providence prior to coming to Mount St. Rita.
Maryellen Gillis, Director of Admissions and Business Development
Maryellen has been with the team at Mount St. Rita since 2017. An alum of Bishop Feehan High School, she has a deep connection with the Sisters of Mercy ensuring the community’s mission, values and philosophy are entrenched at Mount St. Rita. Dedicated to her profession in welcoming families and helping them through the process of admitting a loved one for short or long term care is her passion.
