Personalized Long-Term Care
Our long-term care program provides around-the-clock assistance with activities of daily living and expert nursing care to individuals recovering from an illness or surgery and those in need of more complex care. Unlike a hospital, our program allows individuals to receive the level of care they need in a home-like setting that provides opportunities for independence, socialization and meaningful relationships.
Our team visits each resident to assess his or her needs, chart progress in recovery, deal with ongoing or co-existing health issues and to take preventative stops where potential problems are identified.
