Mount St. Rita’s short-term rehabilitation program, Mercy Rehabilitation, is designed for patients who require therapy and care as they recover from illness, accident or surgery during the transition between hospital and home. As part of our program, members of our highly trained staff work with each patient to develop a personalized plan for recovery that includes the education, therapy, emotional support and planning they need to be successful once they are ready to return home.
