Lent 2025
The Season of Lent is off to a great start! Most residents received ashes on Ash Wednesday, and we continue to offer Mass, Adoration and Benediction, and/or Rosary daily. Also, each resident was given a devotional book with reflections and prayers for Lent.
Anointing of the Sick
Thanks to the efforts and generosity of Father Robert Lacombe, over 30 residents received the Sacrament of Anointing of the Sick today. The rest of the residents will receive this beautiful Sacrament of Healing next week.
Love in action!
Many thanks to the prayer shawl ministry of St. Joseph Church in Woonsocket. Our residents love their shawls and their spirits were lifted by your visit. God Bless all of you!
Happy Thanksgiving!!!
From our family to yours, may your celebration be filled with love, laughter and gratitude!
Adoration
Residents and staff at Mount St. Rita frequently participate in Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament and Benediction after daily Mass.
